Welcome to the website of Tina Tara Vocal Studio, operated by Taraddicted, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing this website, booking lessons, purchasing lesson packages, or participating in classes, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Tina Tara Vocal Studio provides private and group instruction in:

  • vocal coaching,

  • piano instruction,

  • songwriting,

  • artist development,

  • music mentorship,

  • performance coaching,

  • and related educational music services,

offered both in-person and online.

All lessons, workshops, mentorship programs, and educational materials are intended for instructional purposes only. Individual results may vary depending on the student’s commitment, participation, practice habits, and personal abilities.

Tina Tara Vocal Studio provides educational instruction, mentorship, and creative guidance only. The Company does not guarantee professional success, employment, auditions, placements, record deals, social media growth, commercial performance, income, or specific artistic outcomes.

2. Bookings & Payments

Payment is due upon receipt and must be completed prior to the scheduled lesson or program unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Lesson times are not guaranteed until payment has been received.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.

Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, cash, credit card, or other approved payment methods.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of forty-eight (48) hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full unless accompanied by a certified doctor’s confirmation in the event of illness or emergency.

Missed lessons without notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in limited future scheduling availability.

The Company reserves the right to reschedule lessons due to illness, emergencies, travel, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Lesson Packages

Lesson packages must be used within five (5) months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unused lessons remaining after the expiration period may be forfeited.

All lesson packages are non-refundable. Exceptions may apply solely at the discretion of the Company in cases of serious illness, relocation, or extraordinary circumstances.

Lesson packages may not be transferred to another student without prior written approval.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

  • arrive on time,

  • attend lessons prepared,

  • treat instructors and facilities respectfully,

  • and maintain appropriate conduct during sessions.

Students participating in vocal instruction acknowledge that proper technique, warm-ups, hydration, and vocal health practices are important. Students should discontinue singing and seek medical advice if they experience pain, strain, or medical concerns.

Parents or legal guardians remain responsible for minors attending lessons, workshops, or performances.

6. Liability Waiver

Participation in vocal coaching, piano instruction, music mentorship, performance coaching, recording sessions, showcases, and related activities is voluntary.

To the fullest extent permitted under California law, Taraddicted, Inc. and Tina Tara Vocal Studio shall not be held liable for:

  • vocal strain or injury,

  • personal injury occurring before, during, or after lessons,

  • loss or damage of personal belongings,

  • technical difficulties during online lessons,

  • interruptions beyond reasonable control,

  • or outcomes related to auditions, performances, recordings, competitions, releases, or career opportunities.

Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific lesson or service in question.

Students understand that vocal training involves physical use of the voice and body. While proper technique and vocal health practices are taught, Tina Tara Vocal Studio and Taraddicted, Inc. cannot guarantee prevention of vocal strain, fatigue, injury, or misuse outside instructed sessions. Participation is voluntary and at the student’s own discretion.

7. Online Lessons

Students are responsible for maintaining:

  • a stable internet connection,

  • appropriate devices,

  • and necessary software access for online sessions.

Technical issues on the student’s side do not automatically qualify for refunds or make-up lessons.

Any lesson recordings provided are strictly for personal educational use and may not be reproduced, distributed, uploaded, sold, or shared publicly without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Tina Tara Vocal Studio, including but not limited to:

  • lesson content,

  • vocal exercises,

  • worksheets,

  • recordings,

  • educational programs,

  • branding,

  • logos,

  • videos,

  • graphics,

  • and written materials,

remain the intellectual property of Taraddicted, Inc. unless otherwise stated.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught commercially, or used for public or commercial purposes without prior written consent.

9. Media & Photo Release

From time to time, photos, videos, audio recordings, or performance footage may be captured during lessons, workshops, showcases, camps, or performances for promotional, educational, or social media purposes.

By participating in lessons or events, students grant permission for such media to be used by Tina Tara Vocal Studio unless written notice opting out is submitted in advance.

For minors, parental or guardian consent is required.

10. Performances, Showcases & Events

Participation in recitals, showcases, recordings, competitions, or live performances is voluntary.

Students participating in public performances may be required to attend rehearsals and follow event guidelines regarding punctuality, conduct, and preparation.

The Company is not responsible for venue changes, third-party event issues, audience behavior, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

11. Website Use

All website content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Users may not:

  • misuse the website,

  • attempt unauthorized access,

  • copy or reproduce content without permission,

  • upload harmful software,

  • or interfere with website functionality.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove website content at any time without notice.

12. Privacy

Personal information submitted through contact forms, bookings, mailing lists, or lesson registrations will be handled with reasonable care and used solely for communication, scheduling, and business-related purposes.

Taraddicted, Inc. does not sell personal information to third parties.

13. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide services due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • illness,

  • emergencies,

  • natural disasters,

  • internet outages,

  • government restrictions,

  • venue closures,

  • travel interruptions,

  • or other unforeseen events.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
